Refunds:

All Molly and Maud products are lovingly created by artists

Denise Liebermann and Wendi Weller

The artists do not accept returns

WORKSHOPS:

Payments
Until full payment is received all bookings are considered provisional and we reserve the right to cancel a booking.

Workshops:
Workshops are filled on a first come first served basis and your payment secures your place. Apologies but we cannot reserve workshop spaces.

Cancellations / Changes / Refunds
If it becomes necessary to cancel your booking, please inform Wendi and Denise by email as soon as possible: hello@mollyandmaud.com

Workshops cancelled at any time after being booked will result in no refund unless we are able to ­refill your place.

In the unlikely event of us having to cancel a course or workshop, an alternative date will be offered or all monies will be refunded.

Amendments / Transfers
No reductions or refunds can be made in respect of late arrival, early departure or absence during any part of your booking.

General Conditions
Denise Liebermann and Wendi Weller do not offer customers or workshop participants any insurance, and strongly recommend that customers consider taking out their own insurance to cover any cancellation costs.
We cannot take responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.

Please ensure you advise us of any dietary conditions you may have during a workshop and Please note that there may be nuts, dairy, gluten etc in the featured treats and biscuits.


At workshops: Please be aware that you will be using materials such as charcoal during the workshop and suitable protective clothing should be worn.

Should you suffer from any type of allergy to the materials used, we strongly advise you to undertake research to ascertain your suitability for this activity.
Ultimately your participation will be at your own risk. 


A minimum age of 12 is applied to children who must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times. However, this is at the discretion of the parent if they feel younger children capable, we are happy to discuss workshops aimed at children. All responsibility lies with the parent.
