Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully:
Until full payment is received all bookings are considered provisional and we reserve the right to cancel a booking.
Day Workshops:
Workshops are filled on a first come first served basis and your payment secures your place, apologies but we cannot reserve workshop spaces.
Cancellations / Changes / Refunds
If it becomes necessary to cancel your booking, please inform Molly and Maud by email as soon as possible.
Day Workshops cancelled at any time after being booked will result in no refund. If you have booked and can no longer attend, we are unable to offer a refund or transfer you to another workshop. However, you many nominate someone else to attend the workshop in your place, this must be confirmed by email ASAP to hello@mollyandmaud.com.
In the unlikely event of Molly and Maud having to cancel a course an alternative date will be offered or all monies will be refunded.
Please note we will only cancel due to an insufficient number of places sold.
Amendments / Transfers
No reductions or refunds can be made in respect of late arrival, early departure or absence during any part of your booking.
General Conditions
Molly and Maud does not offer customers insurance, and strongly recommends that customers consider taking out their own insurance.
Molly and Maud cannot take responsibility for loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
Please ensure you advise Molly and Maud of any dietary conditions you may have. Please note that the use of nuts, diary, gluten etc feature in afternoon treats and biscuits.
Please be aware that you will be using art materials on this course, should you suffer from any type of allergy to the materials used, Molly and Maud strongly advises you to undertake research to ascertain your suitability for this activity, ultimately your participation will be at your own risk.
